Handmade: Because all our cards are individually handmade and due to the nature of the papers, card and embellishments we use there may be some slight variation bewteen the actual card you receive and the card that is shown on this website.
Size of cards: Approximate size of cards are:
A6: 10.5 X 15 cm DL: 10 X 21 cm
Square: 14.5 X 14.5 cm Tall, slim: 7 X 13.5 cm
Packing: Your card(s) will come with a co ordinating envelope, in a clear cellophane bag for protection. Your card(s) will then be packed in a board backed envelope or padded envelope or box as appropriate. We use good condition recycled packaging whenever possible. If you would prefer us to use brand new packaging for your order please put this in the comments box at checkout stage.
Postage and delivery times: There is no additional charge for postage and packing. This is included in the price of the card, unless the destination is outside of the UK in which case you must contact us before ordering for costs. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. We aim to despatch your card(s) within 3 days of receipt of your order and cleared payment but during particularly busy periods it can take longer and you should therefore allow 7 days for receipt of your card(s). Should you require your card(s) urgently please let us know and we will endeavour to despatch quicker. If for any reason, there is going to be a delay we will contact you by e mail.
Returns: We hope you will be very happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Should you need to return the card(s) it must be returned in its orginal uncreased, clean condition and in the original packaging. We will either send a replacement or refund the cost of the card excluding postage and packing. Return postage must also be paid by the customer. Should you need to return a card please contact us before doing so for a returns reference number.
Prices: We reserve the right to change the prices of products on this website at any time. Any order already being in processed will be honoured at the price at the time of ordering.
Warning: Whilst we ensure that all embellishments are securely attached to the cards, please do not leave young children with the card(s) unsupervised as they may contain small parts which could represent a choking hazard.
Privacy: Any personal information that you provide remains confidential and is only used to process and send your order. We do not disclose your information to third parties.
