Samples: As a first step, have a look at the ranges on this website and if you see something you like you can order samples at just £2.00 per sample. Click HERE to order samples. You can order up to 3 samples and postage will be free. If you see a design you like but would like it in a different colour please indicate this when ordering your samples or contact us to discuss your requirements. You can also combine 2 or more designs or if you have a specific idea in mind we can adapt our designs to suit. We understand how important it is to get your stationery just right.

Prices: All the designs are in a Price Group A, B, C or D. the corresponding prices are shown below. If a design is adapted significantly by adding additional decoration this may incur an extra cost.

We provide 1 printed insert in Invitations, Evening Invitations, Order of Service and Menus. Additional printed inserts are 45p per insert . Standard Placecards are left blank for you to write on the names. If you wish us to put names on there is an additional charge of 25p per placecard. The wording and font you require can be discussed and confirmed when you place your order.

Ordering: You can e mail us at mail@sarahjaynedesigns.co.uk or telephone 01202 567766. Please provide details of the design, colour, quantities (approximate is fine)and wedding date. We will then telephone you to discuss your requirements and arrange to send an order form and quote for you to complete and return with your 50% deposit. You can order as much or as little as you wish as we have no minimum or maximum amounts. Once you have ordered your stationery we will send proofs for you to carefully check and approve. Any amendments after we have received your signed proofs and work has commenced may incur a cost. We will require approximately 6-8 weeks from when we receive your approved proof to make your stationery. For many orders and for smaller quantities this may be quicker or if you require your items urgently please contact us and we will endeavour to help, but this will depend on current workloads. Please bear in mind that invitations are usually sent 8-12 weeks before the wedding so you will need to allow plenty of time. Once you have received your stationery order if you then find that you require additional items (eg a couple of extra invitations or place cards) then this can usually be accommodated and you should telephone or e mail us as soon as possible.

All invitations come with a co ordinating envelope and insert. We can print the insert with or without names. If you want us to include names of your guests on the inserts we will require a complete and correct list with your order, otherwise you will need to handwrite the guests name yourself.

Payment: Once you have placed your order we will require a 50% deposit before work can commence. On completion we will contact you to arrange payment of the balance and to arrange delivery. For urgent orders or orders under £100 we will require full payment with your order before work can commence.

Postage: Postage and packaging for wedding stationery is calculated based on weight and size of order. Sometimes we will despatch an order in stages (eg invitations first, followed by order of service and menus etc...), there will be only 1 delivery charge in this instance.

Cancellation: Should you, for any reason, cancel the order (or part of) at any time your deposit may be retained. You will be invoiced for any work already done, not covered by the deposit amount as we have still have to cover our time and materials.
